Yummy Cauliflower Fritters

Love potatoes? Hate the carbs? Here is a delicious alternative to potato cakes!

Ingredients:
2 cups of riced cauliflower (sauteed to release some moisture)
1 egg
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of almond flour
salt and pepper to taste
dash of garlic powder (optional)

**Note-2 eggs will also work in this recipe to help hold the fritters together. I'm not big on egg-y tasting dishes so I left it to just one. Either works!*

Mix your ingredients

Once everything is mixed, drop by the spoonful into a skillet coated with olive oil, then flatten each fritter. Our spatula did a perfect job of flattening the fritters once they were in the skillet! Fry until brown, then use our spoonula to flip over and brown the other side. This recipe seriously could not be any easier! And who knew spoonulas were so good for flipping food...

**Note #2**-if you use one egg, it is helpful to squish the batter into a ball shape with your hand before putting it in the skillet. This helped them hold together!

1. Hot Chocolate basket: Hot chocolate, coffee cups, marshmallows, a cute dish towel and our spatulas! Our spatulas are great for mixing up hot chocolate, because they are heat resistant!

2. Baking Necessity Kit: Baking Pan, dish towel, and spatulas. Add a cake mix, an apron, or oven mitt for something extra special!

3. Cookie Mix Gift: cookie mix with directions, dish towel, spatulas

4. Recipe Gift: Know someone just learning to cook? Whether you are just sharing favorite recipes, giving a gift, or teaching someone some easy recipes, this is a great gift. Write a few of your favorite recipes on large index cards, make a cute cover and add a ring to the corner. This way, the lucky one who gets this gift will be able to add recipes along the way. Of course, they'll need the spatulas with the book! Handwritten recipes are always special!

These make such great gifts, you can bundle them together for one gift or even make three different gifts from one set. What are you waiting for?!! Go grab a set of these spatulas and tell us your favorite way to gift them!
